A patient of Paradise Valley Hospital has the right to express to any staff member, the Patient Experience representative or a state agency, at any time, and without retaliation, a complaint or a grievance concerning care and treatment while in the hospital. Concerns about patient service or comfort should be directed to the Chief Nursing Officer at 619-470-4135.
If concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital, a patient, family member, community representative or employee of Paradise Valley Hospital has the right to notify The Joint Commission regarding the quality of care provided, safety of care provided, or safety of the environment in which care is provided.
